Terms and Conditions

1.  Service

We provide beverage sourcing, provisioning, and delivery services exclusively for private and charter aviation. Services are subject to product availability, delivery location, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

All purchasers must be legally authorized to order alcoholic beverages and comply with all aviation, FAA, TSA, and local alcohol regulations. Alcohol is supplied solely for onboard consumption and not for resale.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to regulatory restrictions, availability issues, or compliance concerns.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment terms are due as specified at the time of order confirmation. Additional fees may apply for expedited service, special sourcing, or location-based delivery.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, aircraft schedule changes, FBO restrictions, security requirements, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the aircraft, crew, or designated recipient.

6. All Sales Final

Due to the regulated nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted. 

7. Product Handling & Storage

Once delivery is completed, proper storage, handling, and service of beverages become the responsibility of the aircraft operator or crew. We are not liable for spoilage, breakage, or misuse after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including flight delays, service disruptions, or regulatory penalties.

9. Indemnification

The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from improper use, service, or distribution of the beverages after delivery.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable state in which the service is provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
